SUBJECT:  Recommendation to rent an apartment

As recommended, I have searched several possible apartments where we could rent. After visiting many locations of several apartments, I have came to a decision on two places ( Santee Villas, Lakeview Park) apartments and I created a criteria for the ideal place for us to live at.

RECOMMENDATION

I recommend the Lakeview park apartments over the Santee Villas because it has the preferred amount of rooms for a cheaper price then Santee Villas.

DISCUSSION

Included

With the two of us living together, Lakeview has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Therefore, this location is suitable for the both of us.

Lakeview Park:

There are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a pool and a spa. It is close to shopping areas, schools, freeways, and Santee Lakes.

Santee Villas:

Each apartment comes with 1 or 2 bedrooms, wood-burning fireplace, wall unit air conditioning, stackable washer and dryer, carpeting, a frost free refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a private patio or balcony. There is a pool, spa, and fitness center. There are barbeques and picnic areas, and it is close to shopping centers, freeways, schools, and Santee Lakes.

Conclusion:

Even though both apartments meet the room requirements, and the apartments at Santee Villas have more amenities included, Lakeview Park has the right amount of amenities.

REVIEW

We would like an apartment with friendly staff members, neighbors,good parking spaces, and good reviews

Lakeview Park:

So far, the reviews i have read for Lakeview Park apartments have been very good. The staff seems to be nice and the apartments seem to be very nicely kept and clean. The neighborhood seems nice and safe. Each apartment gets there own parking space and there is more parking close by.

Santee Villas:

All the reviews I have read for the Santee Villas apartments have not been great. There seems to be a problem with the lack of parking spaces, the poorly kept apartments and the rude staff members.

Conclusion:

Looking at both apartment reviews, i have to say that Lakeview Park seems like the better choice and it fits our requirements.

COST

We want something within a reasonable price for two people with jobs, one full time worker and the other part time worker and part time student. We also would like 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Lakeview Park:

For a 2 bed, 2 bath it is $1,320.

Santee Villas:

For a 2 bed, 2 bath it is between $1,556 and $1,894.

Conclusion:

I recommend the Lakeview Park apartments because the rent is more reasonably in price range then the Santee Villas apartments.
