Progress Report

Introduction: This is my progress report for my last semester of senior year, and getting into college. With graduation coming up, i quickly realized there is much needed to be done.

Work Underway: 

Academics: So far I have completed three and a half years of high school, all at West Hills. I got Alpha plus second semester of my Sophomore year in Science. I have caught up on all my credits and am currently taking six classes to stay caught up.

College: I have attended Got Plans? at the beginning of senior year. I have also attended Senior Saturday at the Art Institute, and got an early acceptance to the Art Institute. Since getting accepted in the Art Institute I have recently completed the FASFA, and am working on a scholarship.

Work: I have no work experience, but am currently looking for a job.


Work Underway:

Academics: I need to keep up my grades and not fail any classes, in order to graduate on time. I am going to do this by completing and turning in all my work, preferably on time, and by studying more for my tests and asking for help when needed.

College: Since college is so expensive, I have been completing one scholarship, and am looking into more. I need to bring a copy of my FASFA to Mrs. Pratt to help look into scholarships. I also need to go in and do my English placement test for the Art Institute.

Work: I have no job yet, but I am still looking for one.

Work to be Completed:

Academics: I am aiming to pass second semester of my senior year with high grades, and graduating on time with my class.

College: I need to apply for as many scholarships as i can, and I need to finish the one I am currently working on. I need to study as much as I can in order to hopefully do good on my English placement test, and i still need to go in and do the placement test.

Work: I want to get a good first job, one that i enjoy, or one that can give me a lot of skills. I am looking and hoping to get one soon.


Problems: Some problems I have facing is procrastination, and my lack of motivation. I also keep forgetting about up coming projects and events.
